adobe flash player 11 stoped working help

I get this alot how can I correct this issue this happens with firefox and crome

Hi

 

Which browser you are using ? .

 

Open "Control panel-->Programs" and remove the currently installed flash player for IE and Non IE browsers. Now download and install the following flash setup files :

 

 

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe

 

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

 

If the issue still remains, try an alternative browser like Google Chrome.

OP in that post able to solve the issue by editing Windows firewall. If you are not sure, you can try turning off the firewall (for testing only).

 

If you installed any AV software with firewall on it, you should change the setting in that program.

In the control panel there is an entry for Adobe Flash Player, make sure you settings are all correct.
