I have a HP Compaq 6730b laptop. Every time we visit eBay, the page loads normally, but when we type in a search for something, the page goes blank and we cannot view anything. We can go to "my eBay " and view previously bought items that were purchased using a different computer. I checked Internet options and the Security level is set to medium. Also the restricted sites have nothing listed for that zone, and the content advisor is disabled. And suggestions as to how to fix this? We have Windows XP Pro. and the hard drive was recently cleaned up of all previous users stuff since it was a computer that was given to us. Other than that the computer works great.

Thank You.

Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Hi

Instead of IE, try another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox. That way we can know if it is a problem of the Internet Explorer.

Ok, I will try. Firefox is already on this computer but IE is the default. Although the other computer we have displays eBay ok. Will let you know this evening when I get home from work.

Thank You for quick response!
