Two AMAZING tools that have helped me while fixing/building computers and setting up windows operating systems are:

3DP Net

3DP Chip

Basically when you install a new windows OS your PC's drivers aren't always pre-loaded so you're going to have to find an alternative way to get these! So first off after you have a fresh install.

If you are UNABLE to get on the internet then download and run 3DP Net, which has a built in archive of drivers all ready for you to install depending on your network card.

If you are ABLE to get on the internet but you don't have other drivers installed then run 3DP Chip and it will find most of the drivers for you!

These are really simple tools, enjoy! :)
