ok first o all, my acer crystal eye webcam is working, but when I take videos, it works, but it wont play them back when I try to play the videos it captures, it says "warning, there are some problems trying to play the video file". I tried different video formats too and it still wont work. (WMV./AVI.)

second of all my computer cant get to a certain webpage, the site is on playnow.com, a casino site, and when I try to download the poker software, it says the page cannot be found, 404 error, and this cant be true because I called the site customer service about this and they said everything is good on their end, soo it must be my computer. I don't know what is happening here, can someone try fix these two things? thank you very much, :)

First of all I would recommend getting VLC media player for any kind of video files or music files: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

Check if the site is online by using http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

If it is online then call your ISP and see if they have the website blocked, or there may be a problem with the connection you're using(i.e parental blocks).

also my webcam seems to have endless constant updates when I open it up, it say update for better user experience, when I do, it updates all the files and restarts my computer, and when I open it up again, it says to update all over again, same thing as last time. I did the update about 10 times in a row one time and gave up cause it always just does the same thing.

Try reinstalling the driver software for it.
