I have this old printer I'd like to use. It's a canon iP1600. Unfortunately it's install disc claims it cannot run on 64 bit systems. Is there any way of getting this printer to work?

System is Win 7 Ult 64 bit

Try downloading the latest windows 7 driver and it most likely will work, I believe almost all if not all x86 software runs on x64 systems.

you can always run it from a 32 bit virtual machine also, if that doesn't work.... bit extreme though when new printers are so cheap.
