Found a folder full of Numbers!!

I found a file in the Program data file! I was putting a game on a flash and thats when i saw it! Its now on a disc it did not look right! My comp has been acting stupid for awhile now!! I have re-installed windows 7 and 8 but now my hard drive is all messed up!! Could you please help when you can!! I would appreciate it!!
