Hi, thank you in advance for help. It started about two weeks ago, has never been an issue before . When I have a window open and I click a box to open a 2nd window, ex..Pinterest in Facebook , it opens up a goggle tab and not the tab I want. I do not recall making any changes to options..Ive tried to restore computer but its not going back to before I want. It's probable something very simple but I just can't figure it out what went different.....thanks chris

I am sorry for the confusion chris. It seems I've misread your problem. Please disregard my previous suggestion. Can you provide more information as to what box you refer to when in a webpage? Does it happen also when you click on a link available on that webpage? See this link also for it might help just in case - http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95451

Hi, Okay so if Im on ex.. Facebook, and then theres a pinterest link on there. What used to happen is I would click that box and another window would open and I could view the contents of the box.. What is happenign now all of a sudden , is when I click it , the window opens up to google not the box with intended contents. It feels like google has hijacked my second window option.. I hoppe I explained that correctly.. thank you for your help.. I really appreciate it, I cannot figure out why it changed..

Can you check this problem first by using other browsers? Cause I usually use IE when I'm on Facebook. While connected on the internet,

Download MiniToolBox and open/run the program.
When open, checkmark or select all options then click Go.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.
