white screen virus?

I have a toshiba laptop win7 64 - i was looking up some items on google and all of the sudden the screen went all white - if i try safe modes, just comes up with sign on & when i sign in white screen - is this a known virus? any way get out of this  thanks for any help

You have two solutions:

1. Open your topic at this subforum and wait for help

2. You can clean your computer using Kaspersky Rescue Disk, by following this tutorial
