My budget for the new computer is:  $600

What are the primary uses for this computer (IE: mail, web browsing, programming, games, etc)?  Web Browsing, streaming video from my video camera to ChaserTV,  and email.

What software do you intend on using on the computer?  Radar Software and Flash Live Video Encoder.

Do you play games? If so, what type of games? Yes, mostly flash games.

Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time, or do you close every program when you are done using it?  I run a lot of programs at the same time.

Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer? Yes. I will also store a lot of video.

I think this would be good:

It only has 500GB of storage, but you could upgrade. 500GB should enough for a while until you replace it with something bigger.

Another thing, is the RAM it is only 4GB it should be enough until your budget allows for a upgrade.
