Strange Email - Cannot Delete

Scanning thru my Inbox I noticed a strange email.... subject, sender and body are blank. It is dated 12/31/1969 7:00 PM 1 kb size. Every time I try to delete it, it shows up again!! Is this some kind of weird viurs???

Running Win XP and always update and run AVG, ZoneAlarm, AdAware, Spybot and several online scans.

Comments please.

check with your isp, ask them to purge your "inbox" on their pop servers.

Found an ineresting read on this HERE

The four most common causes:

1. Spammers send out blank test emails
2. There was something in the mail that your ISP's virus filter or your personal virus software didn't like (Snappers fix)
3. The mail is written in a format your computer is not set-up to handle.
4. There is something in the message, but the sender set the size of the font so small
