hi guys i am new to this forum so please help me to solve this problem.


i have been playing online games mostly fps games.then i went on a  vacation for a week then today i came back and was logging into it , while i am playing suddenly my system hanged the light in my mouse is gone and when i clicked the restart button it did not respond immediately.


so after using compmgmt.msc in run command i got this message from system log





The Akamai NetSession Interface service terminated with the following error: 
The specified module could not be found. 

i am using windows xp.

Does your game come bundled with the Akamai NetSession Interface?


Also, I seen that you have posted this topic on several different forums, and they have asked if a restart fixed the problem?
