I hope I'm in the right forum for this question.
For the past week or so, my computer has been getting the blue screen of death. First it started because after a google search of what was on the blue screen, I learned that McAfee and another security program couldn't be used together, so once I uninstalled both programs and went with a different virus protection program (Avast), that problem went away. But now for the past couple days, I've been getting another blue screen. It'll happen when trying to watch videos (such as live streams) online, it also just happened while trying to watch a DVD with HP media.
My computer will get all weird coloured lines on it, then it'll go to a black screen with different colour lines on it each time, then a box will pop up but it's unreadable since it's just white or some other colour so I can't see what the problem actually is (I assume it's the blue box).
When I restart my computer, a windows crashed box will pop up. I will post what the last report read.
