That's the message I get as soon as I get to the desktop. Running Windows XP Home Edition. It also happens when I run in safe mode, the owner account and administrator account. Both do the same.

 

Any advice please?

Sorry for the delay. Thanks alot. What I did was a clean re-install of the OS

 

The link looks very useful. Luckily I had every file I needed backed up.
