Download BlueScreenView:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.

when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All

Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Okay. Let's see if you have any more. If it's just the one and there are no others I wouldn't worry about it. By the way, now you say you "reinstalled everything". That wasn't mentioned previously. When you post a problem PLEASE provide ALL possible details.

After reinstallation, did you download and install all appropriate drivers? Please open Device Manager - are there any yellow or red symbols?

Hi

Since you are getting 'Ntfs.sys' error it is wise to test your HDD for bad sector with manufacturer's tools. What is the make and model of you HDD ?.

Also please post a snapshot using Speccy.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/323892/publish-a-snapshot-using-speccy/

Post the web link given by Speccy.

Make sure you have the current chipset driver for your system (you can obtain it from the website of your computer manufacturer)

Yes, you should post them. But I need to tell you that I do my best to avoid getting involved with "self-built" systems - just too many unknowns and variables. There are others much more adept with hardware issues than I, but please do go ahead and post the logs. Thans.
