Hello, I would like help whith the following problem/issue.

I am running Windows Vista home premium with service pack 2, 64-bit operating system. I have Microsoft Office 2007installed. I have been using Office 2007 for over 2 years now, late Feb this year I started having problems with Office 2007 loading.

When I open an office program regardless of which program in office (Word, Excel, Power Point) windows installer would pop up and began to install the program and an error would pop up stating that Microsoft "word/excel/PP" has not been install for the current user. Please run setup to install the application.

I am at a loss on how to solve this proplem. I am very frustrated because I have used this program for over 2 years and now it's like I don't have it installed. I have searched the internet and nothing gives me a solution for my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Download Revo Uninstaller: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

It will fully uninstall all aspects of microsoft office. You should then be able to do a clean install of office and have it run fine. :)

From what I see...it' may be a corrupt profile issue.

I'd create a new profile, install Office anew...see if problem surfaces or disappears.

Thanks HAv0k and Louis.

Louis, I will create another profile and see if that is the problem.

HAv0k, If Louis' solution does not work then I will try Revo and see if that will help my issue. Thanks to you both for your ideas and hoprfully I will have the program up and running again soon.
