Please update Adobe Flash Player via http://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer/

After this update, please continue with those steps

1- Reset browsers

Mozilla Firefox

  • Go to "Start / Run"
  •
  • Enter the following command:firefox -safe-mode
  •
  • In the open window (upon launching safe mode), select "Reset preferences to default Firefox"
  •
  • Click "Make Changes and Restart"
  •
  • You can now browse properly on Firefox.
  •

Internet Explorer

  • Start Internet Explorer.
  •
  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  •
  • On the Advanced tab, click Reset under Reset Internet Explorer settings.
  •
  • Check Delete personal settings

  •
  • Enter the keyboard shortcut Windows key + E to open Windows Explorer.
  •
  • In the Windows Explorer window that appears enter the following in the address bar : %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\

Locate the folder called "Default" in the directory window that opens and rename it as "Backup default."

  •

  • Try opening Google Chrome again. A new "Default" folder is automatically created as you start using the browser.

  •

How to restore Google Chrome default browser settings:

1. Close the Google Chrome browser, if it is running.
2. Go to Start menu, search for Run and open it. Or find it out from the Start menu, All programs, Accessories.
3. Type the following line according to the OS in the run box.
      %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\ (in Windows 8/7/Vista)
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\ (in Windows Xp). And hit Enter.

run+localappdata.jpg Run location to get it

4. There is a folder named Default and this folder contains all the current settings.

chrome+default+folder.jpg Default folder

5. Rename the Default folder to Default.old.

rename.jpg Rename Default folder

6. Now lunch the Google Chrome.

Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
