Someone's been hacking my girlfriend and i Facebook and her iPhone there sending me texts from her phone like she's spoof texting she's hack my girlfriend iCloud account and numerous of our emails she calls blocked and sends txt messages from google + numbers, she's created sprint online accounts that neither of us knew about she knows who calls me but not txt how do I began to track this physco! Need help bad she's trying to ruin our relationship

YOU don't track him / her down - take that  problem to the police if you live in an area where you can trust them.

 

However - your security has been breached. Change ALL your passwords and any other access codes as quickly as you can. Make sure your new passwords are strong ones, don't use the same password for any two important uses, and consider changing your accounts.

 

If you feel you cannot remember separate strong passwords right them on two pieces of paper. Keep one piece of paper somewhere safe in your house and the other in your wallet / purse. You know if you have lost your wallet or your purse don't you ?  Then you can use the piece of paper in your house to change them.
