Is there any update to my problem. Here is another message I get when the laptop is idle for 30 minutes. On the botton left of my screen I get AOL or Facebook  is not responding and on the right side bottom it says Recover webpage. This is still happening. Is this part of my original problem or is this a new one?

Thanks for your help.

Bob

I'm using Internet Explorer which brings up Google and I go from there to AOL or Facebook. Eset did not produce any log for me to send to you.

Reset Internet Explorer.
Go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 and run "FixIt" procedure.
Make sure you follow ALL steps listed there.

After the reset of the browser the laptop was much faster.  Thank you. However, when I went to sign off after a long idle time, I got the message again at the bottom of the screen.

AOL is not responding                                                                                                       Recover webpage

It took several minutes to be able to sign off. Also when this happened I got a black screen.
