fed-ex trojan virus. during early march, in the middle of a raging snowstorm, received e mail supposedly from fed-ex notifying me of a failed package. delivery. as i receive numerous packages via fed-ex, did not think anything of it, but did not open the e mail. later after snow cleared, found note on shop door that they had tried to deliver a package. some time later decided to open e mail to see if i missed any shipments. wrong-info was totally wrong-so deleted the e mail. damage already done. received error messages all over place-totally would not let me get into anything-except to purchase some program to correct the problem. took unit into precision computer in sedalia mo. and they cleared up problem. found bleeping computer on desktop, so here i am. do not think that i could have opened any of the fixes listed here, as everything was blocked out. jimthegoatman
