Can ne1 help me get rid of this. I have tried Malwarebytes. Didn't work.

AVG doesn't find anything

TDDSKiller found nothing.

Hello, as I really believe this is a scam to get you to install something from them I would rather be certain you do not have a malicious Bot.

So I think we should get a deeper look. Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.

You believe correctly. There are steps they have for you to follow but they are lame-nothing actually tells you how to find and get rid of a bot. One of the "steps" is to install the Constant Guard Security Suite which includes Norton security Comcast offers to its customers for free. The Constant Guard portion is not internet security and won't do squat to protect a system from infection.
