My Dad's business does on site sales and is in need of some tech upgrades. Here's what I need to see about setting up.

Using an iPhone 5 as a personal hotspot, I need to have a router use the phone's signal as its source so I can plug in a receipt printer and (in the future) a cash drawer. We're using Square Register on 2 iPads to take sales.

So, how can I configure a router (specific model of router has yet to be determined) to see the wireless iPhone5 as an 'ISP'? Would I set it up as a Wireless Access Point?

Thanks for any help y'all can provide.

You need a router that supports Wireless bridge mode. Also your Iphone hotspot will allow the register and printers to connect via wireless.
