Locked files on a/v suite

Have got bitdefender2013 and I use aswMBR to scan everynow and again. For some reason it wont let me scan bitdefender and says its locked in bright yellow. is this a concern?

There are always some locked files on your computer.

The main reason is to prevent you (or some malicious programs) to make any changes to them.

All three files look legit and they're in legit locations.

my one concern would be that when I have used aswmbr to scan its been fine and bitdefender not been locked?

I used trend micro to scan my system and it took well over 2 hours

when I had done btidefender told me I have 8 viruses/trojans which cant be cleaned, why has this happened?

Are you running two AV programs?

What files in what locations are reported by BitDefender?
