Hi I have MS Office 2002 and was using incredimail as my email option. I have just had a virus which among other things knocked out of sinc incredimail. I was looking for an excuse to remove incredimail and change to Outlook or any other recommended email program which is free. Unfortunately I haven't had any time to swot up on what Outlook can provide re Folders for different emails etc.

My main question however is urgent so that at least I can download my emails again from my Gmail account. Is there any way to limit the date from when outlook should download my emails. I had my Gmail account since 2005 so I only want my emails which are less than 3 years old.
