FBI virus only boots in safe mode command prompt

What color is the FBI lock screen when you boot windows up.


If it is white, the only thing that will work is:


You can try the following to fix this problem:


Press the power button to turn on yoru computer, then immediately press the F8 key(repeatedly) until the advanced boot menu screen appears.


Select the option "safemode with command prompt" by using your arrow keys on your keyboard, then hit enter to select that option.


It will boot into a black command prompt screen where you will need to type the following:




This will start your system restore via Command Prompt.


Choose a date prior to your FBI infection and choose Restore to that date.


That will get rid of the screen blocking you from using your computer.


Next you should follow the removal instructions that these guys provide to make sure your computer is infection free.
