My computer poped up that it needed to install Flash ver12.  So I hit install.  Big mistake.  It installed PC Health chack and My PC Backup.  As soon as I saw these two programs loading I knew I had problems.  I unplugged my internet cable but the software had already been installed.  I went in and unistalled both programs and they appeared to uninstall.  I ran Microsoft Security Essentials and it ran fine.  I attempted to run Malwarebytes and it would not open.  I replugged in the internet cable and attempted to open a window.  Internet explorer starts to open and then shuts down.  In Outlook Express all of the body to all my e-mails have disappeared.  The e-mail title and listing is there but the body is gone.   What do I do?

No.  System restore will not open.  It seems to block anything that might threaten it.
