I am using a new Samsung All In One Touchscreen Windows 8 computer, fwiw

I have noticed that when opening an IE window, if you click on the icon on the taskbar, it only minimizes once.  Sometimes none, maybe occasionally twice.

I saw some post about sfc /scannow rant that.   nothing

Any help is appreciated.  A novice to intermediate here, so not all that in tune with all this

Could you elaborate on this?

Are you using the Metro UI version of Internet Explorer from the Start Screen, or are you using the desktop version?
