Hi Forum,

I found that I could not new a word or excel file in the d drive of my company computer, but new a folder was fine.  After that, it’s strange to see that I could new a word or excel file in that folder, but not in the root d.

How come ?

Thanks!

Possible hard drive problem, IMO...at least, that's what I would think in that situation.

Inability to access/modify files on the drive...would be a sign to me that I need to move all files from the from that drive...before doing any testing to verify the drive's functionality.

Louis
