I purchased a KD9150 a few years ago from Acnodes Corp. and after years f use, the keypad finally went out on me. I purchased a brand new unit, but now the black box KVM switch is not compatible to the new unit because the new unit requires USB and the black box only has PS/2. I connected the rack console to a computer and it works fine, but when I add the black box KVM switch it doesn’t seem to work. I have tried using the USB to PS2 adapter and it still doesn’t work?? Any tips on how I can get this to start working???

What you need is a PS2 to USB converter not a USB to PS2 converter. Actually you should have purchased is a Rackmount Monitor Keyboard combo with integrated KVM Switch that supports both USB and PS2 servers. I have used several of KVMSwitchTech's Rackmount Monitor solutions for server rack applications and they work flawlessly. For future needs I would recommend checking them out.
