Is this spyware or something? what is it, it pops up only on amazon/IMDB - nowhere else.

Have you looked in add/remove programs? Just uninstall it...

Yeah, I try that. I just asked it here because when I installed with Foxit Reader (for PDFs) - it got installed it with it, and I just wanted to know what it was.

I would describe it as foistware. You should always have the option of not installing this kind of thing that comes with downloads these days. Check out the link below.
