Hello everyone,

I am running Windoews 7.

I recently bought a My Book Essential external hard drive.

The drivers have been downloaded/installed also Macrium Reflect.

Launching Macrium Reflect, I click on ' Image all local drives on this computer'.

A window appears, 'Select source drive(s).

I click on Browse > My Computer, and select My Book Essential.

Th drive letter E:\ appears in 'Folder'.

From hereon I am unable to input the correct sequence of actions.

Can someone please kindly provide the series of steps I need to take ?.

Many thanks to you all.

I have never used Macrium Reflect.

However the Computers drives are what You should be selecting for the Source drive(s)

The My Book Essential should be selected for the destination.

This is based on the theory that You want to back up the computer's drives to the external drive. That means that the external drive is the destination.

Good Luck
