also just to add on here, ive searched some and some people say that it might be my power supply which when i check on the bios jumps between 12.114 and 12.048 v but cannot find if that is acceptable or if it could be contributing

This could be your problem - CPU AMD Phenom II X4 965
Average Temperature: 66 °C
AMD Phenom II X4 965BE safe operating temps
According to the AMD spec page, max recommended temp is 62C:

http://products.amd.com/pages/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=617&f1=&f2=&f3=&f4=&f5=&f6=&f7=&f8=&f9=&f10=&f11=&f12=

IF you reach that temp, which is very unlikely the system may shut down.

Also The following program needs removing > > RegClean Pro (Version: 6.21).
It is doing nothing to help your computer, and will cause more problems than it will ever fix -

Bleeping Computer DOES NOT recommend the use of registry cleaners/optimizers for several reasons:

Thank You -

Remove all old Java installs, and check it is updated - Minor item first -

I am not into liquid cooling units at all - Others may work with them -

For any other standard unit, I would say that you need to remove the side panel and then the Heat sink Fan, blow all the dust out (it has a filter that needs regular cleaning), apply a fresh (but thin) coat of Thermal Paste to the top of the CPU, and carefully reinstall the cleaned fan and filter unit.

Also, while there, all of the inside of the computer will need cleaning with a light small brush and a very gentle vacuum cleaner.

Make sure you have removed the power cord, and I always work on a totally clean timber bench.

If you take the unit to your shed or garage, please note where all cables and connections came from.

This may take you an hour or even 2 if you do not do regular cleaning, or if you do not know exactly what you are doing, but it is a fairly simple job that many users will do themselves.

You can call an onsite "repair person", or drop it into any "repair shop", but you will pay anything from $100, and upwards, for this work to be done (based on average prices).

At least that is my basic method for trying to lower the temps in that area, and it is done about every 2 to 3 months in a standard carpeted room, but if the area is dusty, it should be done about every month.

All other temps are showing around normal, or even very good, so you do need to do this as a starting point.

You can purchase a new fan with filter for most models if yours is too clogged to clean, or if it is damaged.

Besides that, I think you have a failing (already faulty) CPU and it should be replaced, so the cleanout is best first idea.

Do, or have done the above items, and I will watch this topic for a week or so, and reply with a new Speccy link -

dc3 may have a few other ideas also, but that is the main problem that I can see to cause your failures -

Thank You -

You are searching too deep ....... d3dx10_43.dll , is all you need to search to find it is a DirectX .dll -

The d3dx10_43.dll file is one of many files contained in the DirectX software collection.
Since DirectX is utilized by most Windows based games and advanced graphics programs, d3dx10_43.dll errors usually show up only when using these programs.
Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Chances are, upgrading to the latest version of DirectX may fix the d3dx10_43.dll not found error.

DO NOT VISIT This Site > > d3dx10_43.dll Details & Download | Complete PC Pedia
as this site just left a Trojan infection on my computer as soon as I hit it - It is rated as OK by WOT, but I am going to notify them that the site is infected in some way ......

Use the first link I left or visit This M/soft Site to check your DirectX version -

Thank You -
