Teens Gateway laptop recovery options are greyed out

Hello;

 

I need help with my sons laptop. It's a Gateway but I couldn't tell you the model number without a magnifying glass. I am trying to restore this for him and we do have recovery discs. The recovery options are greyed out and not clickable though.  Help.

You need to find the correct model....then go to the Gateway site.

 

Look up the support webpage for that model....never mind, I found a general version  what I was trying to tell you to find.
