Started with desktop icons...some worked some didn't...click and open worked with Firefox and Email.

Can't install Malwarebytes - "runtime error 372" - "CoCreateInstance failed" - "ieframe.dll outdated."

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your help. MABM would not download successfully

I downloaded the Super Anti Spyware "scan" version and it found 6 trojans......however...

I still have the same problems as described originally.

Not earth-shaking but I can't figure out why I can click and go with some websites

and not others.  Mozilla requires click and open!

Hello -

Download Security Check by Screen317 from Here
* Save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.

* If the program seems to stall for a few seconds, it is just gathering more information.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
Note: If a security program requests permission to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Thank You -
