...my computer that is.

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

I have been dealing with a hijacked PC for several months and it appears to be someone in my neighborhood. I have tried everything in my power with the exception of asking for help from an external source, which is why I'm here. If difficult to explain the exact problem because there are many of them. I have wiped the drive(s) with software from White Canyon with no luck and have tried loading Windows on a different/new hard drive with the same results. I now have 4 infected hard drives. Not only is my PC 'jacked, but my cable box and external security cameras (not on the internet) have been comprised. It's a mess.

I'm sure a log of my PC will be needed for further assistance, but I have deleted files and entries from the registry (I know, I know) which may prevent Identifying the issue, and I do not want to waste anyone's time with incomplete information.

I will spend the next day or so reviewing resources on this site and will post more on my problem when I can capture the necessary data. Please let me know your thoughts and if you have any suggestions to offer, I'm open to anything. Thanks again.
