When I start my computer, and I go to click on the internet icon, or startup menu, or anything else, My computer does nothing. Specifically at the startup menu, I get the blue spinning circle, Windows Vista's version of a 'thinking/processing' icon. I cannot do anything unless I am in safe mode.

I tried opening task manager, and it opened, but it wouldn't let me click anything there. I also noticed a couple times (not every time), it said my computer was at 100% CPU usage. I did not have any programs running.

Please help!

(P.S. I am running a Windows Vista computer)
