Hi, some of my high-end games kept freezing recently, needing a power switchoff to get out of the freeze.
The local shop diagnosed overheating and applied some new heat-insulating paste between components which cured it.
But ever since then my screen has been flickering in a random way like morse code and I'm wondering if the overheating damaged the video card (or some other component) in some way, or could the flicker be caused by something else, I'm open to suggestions.
