my virus scan cleaned the PWS-WebMoney.gen trojan .... but every time I start IE it keeps coming back and virus scan cleans it again
it looks like there is something in the IE that triggers that ...

I tried spybot and ad-aware and McCafee in safe mode as well but still get the message trojan found????

Both Panda and Trend Micro should pick up PWS-WebMoney.gen so I recommend that you perform these online Virus scans:
[Watch the Address bar in IE. You may receive alerts that "This site might require the following ActiveX control...Click here to install...". Click on that alert and then Click Install ActiveX component]

Trend Micro Housecall Scan
Panda ActiveScan
ActiveScan Panda does not remove adware/spyware but will autoclean for viruses & worms.

As an added measure you may want to run a-squared Web Malware Scanner
There are three options: Quick Scan, Smart Scan, Deep Scan and Custom Scan. The default selection is Smart Scan which is fast and scans the most important folders.
