Getting the pop up telling me that I.E. has stopped working and I'll be notified if Windows can recommend a fix.....etc. It's a bit of an annoyance, and although doesn't happen every time, it pops up usually near or at the end of a browsing session....

any ideas? Thanks in advance. :cowboy:

Hi,

I have had this pop-up appear a few times myself when closing down software, and not just browsers, but only occasionally. I must admit my own reaction has been

"And ?  I hope you've stopped working, I just turned you off !"

I put it down to a warning message - the pop-up - being triggered by some irregularity in the shut-down sequence and nothing to worry about, certainly I have never found it cause any problem at all.

Hahaha........thanks, Chris. I'm looking at it much the same way. Nothing has been affected, but it scares the crap out of the wife.

I don't worry about it much.
