Can anyone help me with extracting torrent files. I need to find a good reliable program that will extract my torrent files. I have heard about Lime wire but nothing rally good but the speed. I heard it installs spyware on your computer. I friend of mine suggested me to download bit torrent. what do you all think. I have also heard about Shareza for extracting torrent files.

Can anybody help with this. Some of my files will not play b/c they're in torrent file or something. How do I solve this problem. Any suggestions!

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
