Hello everyone, I recently came home and turned on my PC
and noticed it was on the motherboards logo screen (Sabertooth x58) for a really long time. (probably a good minute and a half!)

I shut it down, and turned it back on, and now it doesn't even get to that point. The monitor doesn't even engage (when its idle, the power light is orange, and when its displaying something the light is blue. But now it just stays orange)
So I looked inside to see if anything was disconnected etc. etc. (as I did move the computer slightly to the side to plug a USB device into the back as) And noticed that the Hard Drive light, the CPU light, AND the RAM light were all on. Not blinking or anything, just solidly on.

When I press the power button, the computer turns on like normal, fans, LED lights, and everything. but I don't hear a beep, and the MOBO/HDD lights stay on, and nothing comes onto the screen. I've looked this problem up but a lot of people have solved their issue by buying a new piece of one hardware or another, I'd like to know what could be my problem so I don't buy something that isn't the problem. Thanks a lot for your help!

Specs:
Azza Hurrican 2000 Full Tower Gaming Case
Intel® Core™ i7-950 3.06 GHz 8M Intel Smart Cache LGA1366
XtremeGear Liquid Cooling System 120MM Radiator & Fan
Asus Sabertooth X58 Intel X58 Chipset
800 Watts - XtremeGear Gaming Power Supply - Quad SLI Ready
nVidia GeForce GTX 680 Lightning

What I have done:
- Checked to see if all connections were connected correctly
- disconnected everything from inside, and reseated them.

- Tested each stick of RAM that I have (6 pieces of 2 GB ram)
making sure to have each one in the left slot, 1 by 1, and in different combos. No dice. I did notice though, that the CPU light blinks once, and then all 3 lights remain on steady (it'll stay this way until I turn it off. it doesn't crash.)
