Thinkpad T400 running Windows 7 Ultimate

The message center popped up with a message to remove the Win32/Small.CA virus.  It directed me to the Microsoft Safety Scanner Page.  I ran the scan and it did not show any viruses detected.

I ran the eset online scanner and it found:

C:\Program Files (x86)\alotappbar\alotUninst.exe Win32/Toolbar.Alot application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Documents\ApnStub.exe a variant of Win32/Bundled.Toolbar.Ask application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\cbsidlm-tr1_10a-MyPhoneExplorer-SEO-75721198.exe Win32/DownloadAdmin.G application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\counter strike setup.exe a variant of Win32/Soft32Downloader.C application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\installer_counter_strike_demo_English.exe Win32/Vittalia.C application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\MyPhoneExplorer_Setup_1.8.4.exe multiple threats cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\UBCD4WinV360.exe Win32/PrcView application cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\New User\Downloads\vlcmediaplayer-setup.exe multiple threats cleaned by deleting - quarantined

I didn't see the Win32/Small.CA virus.  Do I still need to worry about it?
