The following entry is in the drivers and everything portions of autoruns:

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services
BW2NDIS5 File not found: System32\Drivers\BW2NDIS5.sys
no other description available

There is not an entry in the database, nor could I find anything in Google. There is also not an entry in Hijackthis.

Any Ideas

No it does not. Autoruns shows the entry as file not found, and I can not find this file anywhere on my computer.

Appears to be a NDIS driver for a network card. You can prob remove that entry safely if the file does not exist.
