Please post your specs.  that way we can make better suggestions.  Unreal Tournament is old but I'll bet would run.  Maybe Doom or older Call of Duty's.  Here is an article on some older games that may or may not run on your machine.  Some classic titles there.

I would recommend any source, doom series and dead space.  For Bioshock, you might will be only able to play well by lowest setting.

Are you a space sim fan by any chance? Try Oolite or Pioneer. Both are free of course :)

Bioshock at low-medium settings, I have the game and it runs at those kinds of settings on my AMD Radeon 6310. Other games include Oblivion at medium, osu! (A good rhythm game) at high, Guitar Hero 3 at medium-high(Kinda obsolete though...), House of the Dead III (Also obsolete) at medium, Civilization V, Left 4 Dead, Half Life 1 or 2, Garry's Mod, Scribblenauts Unlimited at low-medium, Team Fortress 2 on low, Counter Strike Source, pretty much almost any game from 2010 and below (That's not graphics intensive much). That's my rule for my computer which is not far off from yours.

Crysis 2? That couldnt work at all. Even some higher end computers will have problems with that. That game and Crysis 3 take so much power to play that companies use that game to clock in there graphics cards (nvidia and other graphics cards companies). MAYBE crysis 1.

There are many great games available for the medium PC, these games are like Titanfall, The Banner Saga, Strider, Tower of Guns etc. These games are really best games for medium PC.
