Hello,

XP 32 media center edition SP2

I was trying to delete an empty folder and got a popup message saying this "cannot delete: the directory is not empty"

i went thru the settings for that folder and saw nothing abnormal. i got kind of spooked. it is kind of wierd when your PC tells  you that you cannot delete a folder whether it contains anything or not. The folder does not contain anything.

                             Thanks

It's perfectly normal, happens all the time.

What is the path and name for the folder?

FWIW:  You realize that your version of XP is missing a ton of critical updates...making your system more vulnerable to malware than it has to be?

Louis
