Hey everyone, this is my first post so thanks in advance for any help.

I have an issue when using Google Chrome it has a popup attached at the bottom of the screen. If I hover the cursor over the box it has websites like bidder.tlv.com and selectionlinks.com or ad.adserverplus.com etc. I have added these to my hosts file, but they continue to appear. I have ran malwarebytes and several other anti virus apps, but to no avail. It only affects Chrome, I have even uninstalled Chrome, did a system restore to before the issue was a problem then reinstalled and it is still there.

Any ideas?

You could add adblock to your browser, works for me, no ads anywhere.  https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom?hl=en
