I'm using Windows 7, or should I say I was. This awful virus has now blocked me from even getting on windows at all.  After starting safe mode it asked for user password and then told me it was wrong and would not let me go on. It is definitely not wrong, nor was caps lock on. Now I have no access at all and two papers due for college that were all but completely finished on that computer!  Grrrr Can you help please?

Thank you.  I followed those instructions but then when it came back up after opening in safe mode it asked for user password.  When I entered the password, it said it was either the wrong user or wrong password.  I did not have caps lock on nor had I forgotten my password.  But now I can't get into windows at all. Any other tips?
