hey guys. i have been asked to fix someones computer for them as they have spyware/viruses. i know alittle about computers but was wondering if theres anything else i should take along on my pen drive other than spybot and avg free. in other words, what programs do i need to use to clean my friends computer?

Make sure you download Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5 and the Ewido Full database installer [with all current ewido signature files from ] here. Place them on your stick so you can transfer them to the infected computer for installation.

Print out Ewido Install and Scan Instructions so they will be easily available during setup and configuration.
