My computer was recently infected.  I think we got it cleaned, but I'm not 100% sure.  Now when I try to use Windows Update, it says computer has to be restarted; if I restart, it just goes back to the same thing.  I've tried the various windows update repair tools, and they haven't solved the problem.  If a file has been corrupted, can anyone help me resolve that?  Any other help is also appreciated.  Thanks.
