After uninstalling all passwords by moving jumper in Galaxy desktop, I still can't log in. System screen says Supervisor and user passwords are uninstalled after replacing jumper in Normal position. I even tried removing CMOS battery for a couple hours but still can't log in. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.aki
