Description: The provider failed while storing notifications from the driver. The Virtual Disk Service should be restarted." try the following.
Click on the Start orb , then type cmd in the Search programs and files box. Cmd.exe will appear in Programs above, right click on this, click on Run as administrator.
A image similar to the one below will appear.
1) Type in Virtual Disk and then press Enter
2) Type in Net Start Virtual Disk and the press Enter.
3) Restart your computer.
Please run sfc /scannow.
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces corrupted and incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
Click on the Start orb , the type in cmd in the Search programs and files.
cmd will appear in Programs above, right click on it, then click on Run as administrator.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, enter the password, or click Allow.
A page similar to the one below will open.
Type in sfc /scannow and then press Enter to start the scan.
If the scan stops after successfully completing a part of the scan for more than thirty minutes type in exit and press Enter to stop the scan.

What are you using for your antivirus?
Have you run any scans with programs like Malwarebytes or SUPERAntiSpyware?
I see that you have Ccleaner installed, I hope you are not using the registry cleaner feature. Bleeping Computer does not endorse the use of registry cleaners. These are over rated and can cause errors in the registry which could render your computer inoperable.
